Benefits of NPM-Balt Membership
Members of NPM-Baltimore are offered opportunities that are designed to enrich the spirituality of our pastoral musicians and educate our ministers in their profession or volunteer vocation.

All events, workshops and programs are offered to members for free or at a discounted rate.

NPM-Baltimore offers pastoral musicians of the Archdiocese an opportunity to easily correspond with colleagues and clergy.  The friendships made through the Chapter are invaluable while the professional networking proves to be an added bonus.

Only NPM-Baltimore members have the opportunity to post on the different pages of the website: Parish Calendar of Events, Original Songs and on the Substitute List.

Membership to our local Chapter offers you a copy of our newsletter and regular e-mails to remind you of our events.  In addition, our Chapter serves as a "first-alarm" educating tool to pastoral musicians and clergy as the Church grows and changes.

JOIN TODAY!
(music directors, Cantors, Choir Members, Organists, Contemporary
group musicians, clergy, liturgists, other pastoral ministers)
Join our local chapter!  Just print and complete Registration Form 2007.pdf and return it to the address listed on the bottom of the form.

There are two types of membership--
Individual Membership: the membership follows the person, not the parish
Parish Membership: the membership is associated with the parish allowing the free/discounted rates and newsletter to be available to a larger number of parish musicians
(See application for more details and rates.)

Remember, joining the National Association has many benefits, too!

chapter communication

  • In addition to this website and our newsletter, the chapter communicates via e-mail.
  • Your e-mail address is confidential and will not be distributed.
  • We also have a NPM-Balt Yahoo List-- which is great for discussions, questions, file-sharing and other special features.  Contact Ed Bertlett by sending an e-mail to eberlett@towson.edu to become a member of this list.
